These sessions are a fun way to celebrate your baby's first birthday, starting with classic portraits followed by the cake smash itself.
To ensure your images are ready in time for birthday festivities, I recommend scheduling the session one month before your baby’s actual birthday. Timing is key for a happy session, so I suggest booking for mid-morning, ideally right after your baby’s first nap.

I provide all props, themed décor, and cake accessories for the setup. For the best photographic results, I recommend a buttercream frosted cake and suggest avoiding chocolate or red-colored frosting. Since the texture of cake and frosting can be a new experience for some little ones, it is helpful to let your baby practice with a small treat at home beforehand so they feel comfortable during the session. As always, my studio is thoroughly sanitized to ensure a clean and safe environment for your baby to celebrate.
