Newborn

I offer a professional newborn portrait experience in my studio in Des Plaines, where I focus on capturing your baby’s first days in a calm and safe environment. Having photographed over 200+ newborns, I am fully trained in safe posing and handling, and I maintain a sanitized and clean studio. I provide everything needed for your session including all props, wraps, and accessories.

Newborn sessions are most successful when held between 5 and 21 days old, while babies are still in their sleepiest state. To help keep the environment quiet and focused, I ask that only parents and the baby attend the session. Since I limit the number of bookings per month, I suggest reaching out during your second trimester to reserve a spot. Once you’re on my calendar, just send me a quick update within three days of your baby’s arrival, and we will finalize a session date that fits perfectly within those first three weeks.
